ADRB3
The beta adrenergic receptor family includes ADRB3, which works with G proteins to facilitate catecholamine-induced activation of adenylate cyclase. This receptor, which is mostly found in adipose tissue, controls thermogenesis and lipolysis. Three different beta-adrenoceptor subtypes have particular polymorphisms that are linked to obesity and problems related to body weight. Body Mass Index Quantitative Trait Locus 11 and Low Compliance Bladder are two diseases connected to ADRB3. ADORA2B-mediated anti-inflammatory cytokine production and Development Ligand-independent activation of ESR1 and ESR2 are among its associated mechanisms. This gene has epinephrine binding and G protein-coupled receptor function as Gene Ontology (GO) annotations.
