Western blotting and 123I-MIBG uptake assays were used to evaluate the expression of NET in five human neuroblastoma cell lines. The endogenous expression of NET was shown to be high in SK-N-BE(2)C cells, moderate in SK-N-BE(2)N and SK-N-BE(1)N cells, and low in LAN1 and SK-N-SH cells, according to both tests.
