TRPM2
It is controlled by free intracellular ADP-ribose and forms a tetrameric cation channel that is permeable to calcium, sodium, and potassium. The encoded protein imparts cell death susceptibility and is triggered by oxidative stress. Multiple transcript variants encoding different protein isoforms are produced by alternative splicing.
