PTGDR2
A G-protein-coupled receptor that is mostly expressed in CD4+ effector T helper 2 cells is encoded by this gene. Eosinophils, basophils, and Th2 cells produced during allergic inflammation migrate pro-inflammatory chemotactically in response to this protein, which is a prostaglandin D2 receptor.
