NPFFR1
Neuropeptide FF/AF (NPFF) receptors are a group of Gi/Go-protein-coupled receptors that are divided into two subtypes: NPFF1 and NPFF2. The modulation of hormones, control of food intake, thermoregulation, and nociception have all been linked to NPFF receptors. Disorders like Hypoactive Sexual Desire include NPFFR1-related illnesses. Orexin, neuropeptides FF and QRFP, which bind to their respective receptors and Class A, are among its linked pathways. Neuropeptide receptor activity and G protein-coupled receptor activity are two Gene Ontology (GO) annotations connected to this gene.
