LAG3
The Ig superfamily member lymphocyte-activation protein 3 has four extracellular Ig-like domains. There are 8 exons in the LAG3 gene. The exon/intron organization, chromosomal placement, and sequence information all point to a strong connection between LAG3 and CD4.
