GPR68
This gene encodes a sphingosylphosphorylcholine G protein-coupled receptor protein. A proton-sensing receptor, the encoded protein is active at pH 6.8 but inert at pH 7.8. Amelogenesis imperfecta is caused by mutations in this gene.
