GPR161
This gene encodes an orphan G protein-coupled receptor protein whose ligand is unknown. This gene is overexpressed in triple-negative breast cancer, and its disruption reduces basal breast cancer cell proliferation. As a result, this gene represents a possible therapeutic target for breast cancer that is triple-negative.
