FSHR
This gene encodes a protein that is a member of the G-protein coupled receptor family 1, subfamily 1. It serves as the follicle stimulating hormone receptor and is important for gonad development. Ovarian dysgenesis type 1 and ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome are both brought on by mutations in this gene. Hormone ligand-binding receptors and ADORA2B-mediated anti-inflammatory cytokine production are two of its associated pathways. G protein-coupled receptor activity and G protein-coupled peptide receptor activity are two Gene Ontology (GO) annotations connected to this gene.
