Fig.1 Knockdown of SLC39A6 inhibits cell growth and enhances cell apoptosis in vitro.
Following a 72-hour transfection of Eca-109 and EC9706 cells with either SLC39A6-siRNA or control siRNA, the cells were harvested, and total cellular protein was subjected to the recommended western blotting procedure using an anti-SLC39A6 antibody. β-actin functioned as an internal regulator.
