A member of the Src family protein-tyrosine kinases (SFKs), hematopoietic cell kinase (HCK) is mostly expressed in myeloid and B lymphocyte lineage cells. The functions of HCK in glioblastoma (GBM) are yet to be investigated, nevertheless.
