TIGIT
An immunoglobin protein from the PVR (poliovirus receptor) family is encoded by this gene. Several kinds of T cells, including follicular B helper T cells, express the gene's product (TFH). It has been demonstrated that the protein has a strong affinity for the PVR molecule; this affinity is considered to support interactions between TFH and dendritic cells that control T cell dependent B cell responses.
