GPR88
This gene encodes a G protein-coupled receptor protein that is almost exclusively present in the striatum, a region of the brain that regulates both motor and cognitive function. A number of neuropsychiatric problems, including chorea, speech impediment, and learning challenges, have been linked to defects in this gene.
