FCGR3A
This gene, which is involved in the removal of antigen-antibody complexes from circulation as well as other reactions such antibody dependent cellular mediated cytotoxicity and antibody dependent enhancement of virus infections, encodes a receptor for the Fc component of immunoglobulin G. This gene's mutations have been linked to alloimmune neonatal neutropenia, susceptibility to systemic lupus erythematosus, and recurrent viral infections in addition to immunodeficiency.
