CD80
This gene encodes a membrane receptor protein that is activated when CD28 or CTLA-4 bind to it. T-cell proliferation and cytokine production are induced by the activated protein. This protein may contribute to lupus neuropathy and function as an adenovirus subgroup B receptor.
