CD200R1
A receptor for the OX-2 membrane glycoprotein is encoded by this gene. Both the receptor and the substrate are two immunoglobulin-like domain-containing cell surface glycoproteins. The receptor-substrate interaction may serve as a myeloid downregulatory signal because it is only found on the surfaces of cells of the myeloid lineage. This relationship may regulate myeloid function in a tissue-specific manner, according to mouse investigations of a connected gene.
