CD200
This gene encodes a type I membrane glycoprotein with a transmembrane and cytoplasmic domain, as well as two extracellular immunoglobulin domains. Many different cell types, including B cells, some T cells, thymocytes, endothelial cells, and neurons, express this gene. The protein that is encoded is crucial for immunosuppression and the control of anti-tumor action.
