    Applications
The human EPHA6 gene encodes the protein known as ephrin type-A receptor 6. Particularly in patients with steroid receptor negative expression and HER-2 overexpression, EphA6 may play a significant role in the development of breast cancer and may offer a potential prognostic indicator and therapeutic target. The customized EPHA6 stable cell line can be used in antibody discovery and development, potential drug candidate screening and signaling pathway researches.

    Research Highlights

These results show that EphA6 is a unique metastatic gene that positively correlates with the progression of CaP. In cases of metastatic CaP, ephA6 might be a therapeutic target.
