Fig.1 circCSNK1G1 is upregulated in OA-affected cartilage.
CircSNK1G1 expression was found in the cartilage tissues of OA patients, which helps to elucidate the function of circRNAs in the disease. In contrast to normal cartilage tissue, OA-affected cartilage showed a clear upregulation of circCSNK1G1 expression. These findings suggest that circCSNK1G1 might have a regulatory function in the development of OA.
