Product Overview
HPV 9 pseudovirus (PsV) is made up of the major capsid protein L1 and the minor capsid protein L2. This PsV product is produced in 293FT cells transfected with plasmid expressing L1 and L2 protein and plasmid containing the reporter (Green Fluorescent Protein (GFP)) gene. The product can be used in HPV 9 neutralization assay; HPV 9 antibody or vaccine discovery and development; mimic HPV 9 virus-like particles. The pseudovirus product is for research use only.

1. Though pseudovirus particles has no pathogenicity and cannot replicate, the assays should be carried out carefully in a Biosafety Level 2 or higher-level laboratory with a biosafety cabinet.
2. Serum samples from animals or humans should be inactivated in a water bath at 56°C for 30 min before being tested.
3. Please avoid freez/thaw cycles, which would influence the titer of the pseudovirus product.
