Product Description
The CC chemokine ligands ELC/CCL19 and CCL21 bind to the CCR7. These ligands are expressed in secondary lymphoid organs, and they drive the migration of naive T cells, B cells, and dendritic cells to antigen presentation sites by binding to the CCR7 protein on these cells. In experimental models, contact sensitivity, delayed type hypersensitivity, and graft vs. host illness are inhibited by blocking CCR7/ligand interactions. The cell line is a great tool for researching CCR7 agonists, antagonists, and modulators.
